The Shoprite Retail Management Training Scheme provides a sound knowledge, skills and leadership base in retail management. Tailored to meet each individual’s learning pace, it will take you through every facet of our business and prepare you for the challenges associated with store management.
On completion of the Training Scheme you will initially work as an assistant manager, either in sales or administration, but you will carry the keys of the branch and take responsibility for the people, sales and assets of the business. No mean feat if you consider that typical sales of a branch can exceed R50 million a year.
