Chef Hope’s Beans and Greens

But it doesn't stop there, Hope's Beans and Greens takes it a step further by incorporating a vibrant assortment of fresh greens. Directions
1. Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add greens and salt, and sauté until wilted.
2. Add red pepper and garlic to the greens and cook for 3 minutes.
3. Drizzle jalapeño sauce over and add cannellini beans to the greens, and cook until beans are heated.
Serve greens with pap.

- 15ml oil
- 150g broccoli florets; roughly chopped
- 150g kale; shredded
- 150g spinach; shredded
- Salt to taste
- ½ red pepper; finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic; chopped
- 60ml sweet jalapeño sauce
- 1 tin cannellini beans
- Smooth pap to serve
