With all the ingredients available at your nearest Shoprite, it’s easy to shop for and easy to prep too. Cook this up for your Easter celebrations, add your favourite sides, and get ready for the family to beg for seconds!

Directions

1. Preheat your oven to180°C.

 

2. Make a marinade for the fish by mixing all the ingredients together in a bowl.

 

3. Spray non-stick spray on an oven-proof dish, then place the fish in the dish. Pour the marinade over the fish, making sure to completely cover it.

 

4. Cover the dish with foil and cook in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and cook the fish for a further 5 minutes.

 

5 Place the fish on a serving dish, add your favourite sides and enjoy a delicious family feast!

  • 1 cup peppers; diced
  • 125g butter; melted
  • 60ml lemon juice
  • 15ml fish spice
  • 15ml fresh dill; for garnishing
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic; minced
