Directions

1. Cut into two. And boil potaoes. Once cooled, drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper.

 

2. Give a poatoes a fry over in your pot over the coals. Once there is some crip, remove, 

 

3. In a bowl add potatoes, bacon, spring onion, parsley and red onion. Gently mix.

 

4. In a jar, combine mayonnaise, English mustard, lemon juice and honey. Drizzle the dressing over potatoes.


 

Tip:Top with a boiled egg and sliced red onion.

Ingredients

  • 10-12 baby potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup braaied bacon, diced
  • ½ cup finely chopped spring onion
  • ½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped

 

 

Dressing:

  • 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp English mustard
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp honey
