Visit your nearest participating store and provide the teller with the Money Transfer number (M-number) you received from the Sender. You must also have the PIN, that you received from the Sender, and enter it on the pin pad when requested by the teller. The teller could also request your green ID or Smart ID card for security purposes. 

Note: You are allowed to collect a maximum of R5000 per day and a total of R25 000 per month.
