The entry level VS expression from the distillery houses a light, elegant cognac, with plenty of floral qualities shining through on the nose and palate, joined by sweet citrus peels and a subtle suggestion of oak spice.
This VS is a solid amber colour because of the superb "Savoir-faire" that the Boinaude family has passed down through the generations. It features a chocolate-vanilla twist, a light and summery aroma, and undertones of rose petals. The mouthfeel is round and smooth, with a fine chocolate flavour enhanced by dried fruits and warm, sweet spices.
