This Tennessee whiskey is charcoal-mellowed through ten-feet of sugar maple charcoal, then matured in handcrafted barrels. There is a lot of sweetness in the bouquet, with a tinge of dry spice and oily nuts, as well as a smidgeon of smoke. On the taste, there are notes of banana milkshake, mixed nuts and a hint of caramel with crème anglaise. It has a sweet finish with toasty oak and a hint of cereal sweetness.
