Made using 80 % maize, with some rye, and traces of malt, this is the distillery's best-selling bottling. This Tennessee whiskey is made by filtering the alcohol through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal, to give it a mellow, slightly smoky flavour. This pocket-sized whisky will put you in a good mood no matter where you are.
The nose has a mild sweetness to it, with just a touch of smoke, there are traces of dry spice and oily nuts. On the taste, there are notes of banana milkshake, mixed nuts, and a hint of caramel with crème anglaise. The finish is sweet and toasted, with a hint of cereal sweetness.
