An exquisite dry red, this shiraz is bold, with well-structured tannins and well-balanced acidity. With notes of black and red fruit, it is a wonderful partner to beef, lamb and other red meats dishes.
On the nose, there is an explosion of ripe fruit, especially blackberries and black cherries, which continues onto the palate. Savoury and meaty flavours follow sweet spices and an oak flavour. It is well-balanced on the finish.
