The Wolftrap is a memorial to the pioneers who travelled into the Cape wilderness in the early days and built a wolf trap on Boekenhoutskloof. There has yet to be a sighting of a real or mystical wolf in the valley.
The scent of this red blend gives off smoke, prune, spice, and rye bread aromas. The palate is dry and nicely balanced, with flavours that deliver exactly what the nose promises with lengthy and lasting finish.
