  • Ingredients:

    1 Mashed Banana
    ¼ Cup of Oats

    2 Eggs
    1 Tbsp Peanut Butter

    Maple Syrup for Serving

  • Method:

    1. Mash your banana with a fork.
    2. Crack your eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk.
    3. Pour your oats into the mixing bowl and combine with egg.
    4. Lastly, mix in the peanut butter to your batter.
    5. Fry your pancakes in a frying pan with a little oil (to prevent sticking) until golden.
    6. Enjoy with butter or maple-flavoured syrup!
