BASTING FOR
THE RIBS
  • Description:

    This basting is great for delectable, fall-off-the-bone ribs that have been perfectly grilled over the braai. We suggest letting the ribs marinade overnight and then using the leftover sauce for basting your racks of ribs.

  • Ingredients:

    125ml tomato sauce
    100ml chutney

    15ml honey
    15ml soy sauce (dark)

    15ml braai spice

  • Method:

    Mix all the ingredients together and use as a basting on ribs.
