  • Ingredients:

    ΒΌ cup sugar
    1 tbsp. ground cinnamon

    Golden syrup, for drizzling

  • Method:

    1. Whisk the eggs together, slice the buns in half and dunk each half into the egg mixture.
    2. To a medium pan on medium heat, fry the buns on either side for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
    3. Mix the cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle over the toasts before drizzling with golden syrup.
