• Description:

This special festive lamington recipe is one of the easiest ways to do Christmas baking like a pro. Although we made cake batter from scratch, feel free to buy ready-made plain sponge cake and use that instead. If you don’t have festive-shaped cookie cutters, you can always create your shapes using a knife or simply serve the lamingtons as squares. Colourful, heavenly, melt-in-mouth goodness - it can’t get any better. Makes: 25.
