    Are you craving the taste of your favourite fast food? Our Fried Chicken Wrap Recipe is made from affordable and healthier ingredients but has the same delicious taste as your take-out regulars. This wrap also makes for a great lunchtime treat or dinner when paired with one of our tasty side dishes or salads.

  • Ingredients:

    ½ Cup of Flour
    200g Chicken Breast Fillets (sliced into strips)

    Spices
    1 Cup of Sunflower Oil
    1 Tomato (sliced)

    1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
    1 White Flour Wrap

  • Method:

    1. Mix together your flour and spices.
    2. Prepare your sliced tomato and set aside.
    3. Slice your chicken fillet into strips.
    4. Roll the chicken strips in the flour and spice mixture.
    5. Heat up a frying pan and fry the chicken in the oil.
    6. Toast your wrap in on either side using a clean frying pan.
    7. Place the chicken, tomato and mayonnaise inside the wrap and twist the sides to close.
    8. Enjoy with your choice of side!
