Granadilla and
Peach Trifle

    This granadilla and peach trifle recipe is one of the best fruit desserts we’ve come across. The delectable pre-made ingredients make this easy and affordable dessert a no-fuss delight – in appearance and taste.

  • Ingredients:

    1 can (410 g) Rhodes Peach Slices in syrup, drained
    1 cup (115 g) Rhodes Granadilla Pulp

    1 store-bought Madeira cake loaf
    1 can (385 g) of condensed milk

    65 ml sweet wine or fruit juice
    80 ml lemon juice

  • Method:

    1. Whisk the condensed milk and lemon juice together. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
    2. Break the Madeira cake into pieces and place into 6 dessert glasses.
    3. Sprinkle the cake with the sweet wine or fruit juice.
    4. Cover the cake layer with half of the peach slices and cover the fruit with the condensed milk mixture.
    5. Add the remaining peaches on top of the condensed milk layer together with the granadilla pulp.
    6. Place in the fridge to firm a little before serving.
