Description

This 5-ingredient dessert is perfect for surprise guests: you can whip it up in minutes, and it only uses pantry ingredients!

Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 180 ºC.

2. In a bowl, stir the flour and sugar together. Add the Rhodes Fruit Cocktail with the syrup and the vanilla essence and mix until just combined.

3. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish and bake in the preheated oven for 30–40 minutes or until golden and baked through. Serve warm with whipped cream.
