This basting is great for delectable, fall-off-the-bone ribs that have been perfectly grilled over the braai. We suggest letting the ribs marinade overnight and then using the leftover sauce for basting your racks of ribs – or anything else on the braai!


Mix all the ingredients together and use as a basting on your braai meat.
