Looking for something different to enjoy with your soups and stews this winter? Look no further than this soft and flavourful beer bread!

 

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 180 ºC.

2. Combine beer and oil.

3. Add sugar, then sift in flour, baking powder and salt. 

4. Place mixture into a greased non-stick baking tin and bake for 35 minutes until golden brown.

  • 1 ½ cups beer
  • ½ cup oil
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 tbsp. baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
