Directions

1. Line a baking tray with wax paper.

2. Mix together the butter and peanut butter until smooth.

3. Gradually add the icing sugar until it becomes doughy.

4. Scoop the mixture into a teaspoon and roll small balls with your hands. 

5. Repeat this until your tray is lined with truffles.

6. Place into the fridge for 10 minutes.

7. Break up the chocolate into a bowl. Microwave it until melted, stirring regularly.

8. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and place the tray back into the fridge for another 15 minutes. 

9. Dust your truffles with cocoa powder as desired and serve!
