1. Blend everything together and sweeten to taste with honey. Add ice if preferred.

  • 2 tbsp. peanut butter 
  • 3 tbsp. plain yoghurt   
  • 1/2 cup milk  
  • 1 small banana 
  • Honey to taste (optional)
