Directions

1. Boil the wooden skewers and then put them aside.

2. Thread mushrooms, peppers, onion and zucchini.

3. Heat the pan and melt the butter. Add garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

4. Add the vegetable kebabs in the lemon butter sauce and keep turning until vegetables are done.

  • 250 g Whole mushrooms
  • 1 Red pepper; cut into cubes
  • 1 Green pepper; cut into cubes
  • 1 Yellow pepper; cut into cubes
  • Onion; cut into cubes
  • Zucchini; cut into cubes
  • 30 g Butter
  • 2 Garlic cloves; minced
  • 60 ml Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
