Usage Instructions Wash your hands and all feeding utensils. Boil water for 5 minutes and allow to cool. Pour 200ml of cooled boiled water into the cup. Add 5 scoops of powder using the scoop provided. Level off any extra powder. Stir cup with spoon until powder is fully dissolved.
