To guarantee the lowest possible crushing temperature, the grapes were picked at night at 18 to 21°C Balling. To avoid interaction with oxygen, all goods were carried with layers of dry ice.

The initial grapes had a strong acidity, with flavours of grass and green pepper, followed by scents of gooseberry and tropical fruit in the subsequent harvest. A well-balanced wine resulted from the careful mixing of all the components.
