A locally baked, frozen malva sponge pudding traditionally made with apricot jam and topped with a rich caramel sauce. This malva pudding is made by hand and frozen for freshness. It does not contain any added sweeteners or preservatives. To enjoy, simply heat it in the oven for 10 minutes and then serve it with vanilla ice cream or fresh cream. Serves two or more people.
