Usage Instructions	Only open the plastic wrapper once you are ready to apply the Heat Patch. Apply to clean, dry skin. Tear open the plastic wrapper and remove the heat patch. Peel away paper to reveal adhesive side. With the adhesive side towards the skin, press patch firmly on the affected area. If you have delicate skin, apply to clothes instead of directly onto skin. Remove when patch is no longer warm. Dispose of used patch in a safe, responsible manner.
