Usage Instructions Single use only. Do not use on open wounds, broken or irritated skin. Apply to clean dry skin. Remove excess hair, oils and lotions from skin before application. Pull back the backing paper of the kinesiology tape from the centre, not exceeding the start of the end strips on either side. Keep the remainder of the backing paper intact. In a sitting position, apply the centre part of the tape over the knee, exposing the knee through the hole. Pull back the backing paper of the longer ends at the top and secure to the middle of the thigh allowing space between the strips. Pull back the backing paper of the long ends at the bottom and secure on either side of the shin bone allowing space between each strip. Lastly, pull back the paper of the short ends and secure next to the long ends on the top and bottom leg, allowing space between each strip. Press down firmly on the tape for better adhesion
