Ingredients Conjugated Linoleic Acid From Safflower Oil (80% CLA Providing CIS-9, Trans-11 and Trans-10, CIS-12 Isomers in a 50:50 Ratio), Gelatin, Glycerine, Purified Water, Sorbitol.
Usage Instructions Take 1-2 softgels, 2-3 times daily with or after meals. Use in conjunction with a calorie controlled diet. Use as directed by a health practitioner/sports advisor.
