Usage Instructions To prepare one 230 mL serving, pour approximately 185 mL of boiled, cooled water into a container. Do not use hot water. Gradually add 6 scoops (scoop is included in the can) or 60.6 g of Ensure Gold. Stir or shake thoroughly to dissolve the powder. When mixed as above, Ensure Gold provides approximately 1.1 kcal/mL. One can containing 400 g yields approximately 6 (230 mL) servings. Recommended use: 2 servings a day.
