The Omgega 3 Fish Oil capsules contain DHA and EPA – contains 260 mg DHA which is in line with the daily recommended amount for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Lemon Oil has been added to mask the unpleasant taste of the fish oil, which is important during the 1st trimester when nausea is most likely experienced.
