Directions

1. In a deep glass blow or individual pudding bowls, add crushed All-Bran flakes. 

2. Add a thin layer of tinned fruit to cover the bran flakes. 

3. Pour a layer of custard on top of the tinned fruit 

4. Repeat step 2 and 3 two times or until the bowl is filled to the brim. 

5. Allow the custard cups to set in the fridge for 45 minutes to an hour or as desired. 

6. Sprinkle All-Bran to garnish and serve immediately.

  • 1 tin tinned fruit- lite all fruit 
  • 1 carton custard, lite if possible (500g)
