Directions

1. Trim off the fat from the brisket. 

2. In a bowl, mix oil, brown sugar, garlic, paprika, brown vinegar, dried organum, salt and pepper.

3. Rub the marinade on the brisket, then place on the braai for 30 minutes on low heat.
