Glazed Gammon
Description
Serve up our delicious Glazed Gammon. Grilled with an easy, homemade Dijon mustard, pineapple juice and syrup glaze, it makes for the perfect meal.
Directions
1. Pre-heat oven to 180 °C
2. Boil the gammon with onion and thyme for 1 hour. Put aside.
3. In a saucepan, add Dijon mustard, pineapple juice, syrup, salt and pepper and cook on low heat until reduced and thickened.
4. Place gammon on a baking tray.
5. Remove the skin, lightly score large diamond shapes onto the gammon.
6. Pour the glaze over the gammon, place pineapple slices and cherries on the gammon. Grill for 20 minutes.
Tip – Make sure that the gammon is cooked through. When scoring the gammon, make sure you don’t cut too deep to avoid the gammon from drying out.

- ½ cup pineapple juice
- ½ cup syrup
