Grilled Butternut with Almond Nuts by Chef Zanele

Description
Five ingredients, an oven and a bowl are all it takes to please everyone at the dinner table this Easter.
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 180 °C.
2. Arrange butternut slices on a baking tray.
3. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Add almond nuts.
4. Roast in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes
Elevation Tip:
If you don’t have almond nuts, then use roasted pumpkin seeds.

- ½ medium butternut; sliced or alternate with pumpkin
- 30 ml oil
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup Padkos Almond Nuts
