Directions

1. Place all ingredients except the butter into a saucepan and reduce over a medium heat until half.

2. Remove from heat and whisk in the butter.

3. Serve drizzled over the pork once cooked.

  • 60ml oil​
  • 60ml apple cider vinegar​
  • 5ml (1 tsp.) sugar​
  • 30ml (2 tbsp.) paprika​
  • 15ml (1 tbsp.) onion powder​
  • 15ml (1 tbsp.) garlic powder​
  • 5 ml (1 tsp.) dry mixed herbs​
  • Salt and pepper​
  • 1kg Pork Braai Box

 

Orange and Thyme Sauce

  • 4 oranges, juiced
  • 2 tsp. (5ml) Dijon mustard (or mustard powder)
  • 4 tbsp. (60ml) honey
  • 4 sprigs thyme
  • 4 tbsp. (60ml) butter
