Your meal plans for Valentine’s Day are sorted. Try out Zanele’s delicious Chilli Mayo Mini Burger recipe, with hints of garlic, topped with our spicy sauce – you’ll be coming back for seconds!

Directions

1. Combine the mince, onion, coriander, garlic, cumin, and the barbecue spice in a bowl.

2. Roll the mince mixture and form mini spheres and then compress them to form patties.

3. Glaze a pan with cooking oil and fry the patties the way you like them. 

4. Mix all the ingredients together.

5. Assemble your burger and add garnish as desired.

BURGER PATTIES 

  • 500 g beef mince
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • Handful fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp. barbecue spice
  • 1 tsp. cumin

 

BURGER SAUCE 

  • 3 tbsp. mayonnaise    
  • 2 red chillis, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper
