Tzatziki Dip

Description

With hot meals or cold, the classic Greek dip is soon to become a summer favourite!

Directions

1. Remove the cucumber seeds and put aside. 

2. Grate the cucumber with or without skin and mix it with plain yoghurt and garlic. 

3. Season with salt and pepper.

Tip – Once the cucumber is grated, drain the water from the cucumber, to avoid the dip becoming runny.
