Description

This delicious party punch recipe comes together in minutes for a delicious and summery vodka drink. All you need is a handful of ingredients, a blender, and a sunny day to enjoy it on.

Directions

1. Add your de-seeded watermelon pieces to a blender with the lime juice and vodka.

2. Blend extremely well, then strain through a fine sieve, draining as much of the liquid as you can.

3. Add to your serving container, then add mint leaves and sliced lemon. Serve over ice.
