Description
Quick, easy, delicious and full of veggie goodness plus irresistible bacon. It’s just perfect for your Easter dinner or lunch plans.
Directions
1. In a pan, heat oil and sauté onion. Add garlic, mushrooms and bacon, and mix well.
2. Stir in cream cheese until melted.
3. Gradually pour in milk, until it has a runny consistency.
4. Season with vegetable seasoning. Allow to simmer for 2 – 3 minutes and serve over the potatoes and green beans.
Elevation Tip:
For extra crunch, make some easy garlic croutons using stale bread, oil and a spoonful of crushed garlic.

- 250 g button mushrooms; sliced
- 1 cup cooked bacon; finely chopped
- 300 g baby potatoes; parboiled
- 250 g green beans

- 250 ml milk
- 1 tbsp. vegetable seasoning
