Description

Try Zanele’s delicious Crumbed Chicken Burgers. These burgers are packed with flavour and drizzled with our Homegrown Pele Pele Sauce.

Directions

Start by crushing the corn chips with a rolling pin and putting them aside. After drying the chicken fillets with a paper towel, dip them in the beaten eggs and coat them in the crushed corn chips. Pop them in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes and wait for the magic to happen! Once done, assemble the burgers and top them off with a dollop of the delicious Homegrown Mango Atchar, and for that extra zing, serve them with the Homegrown Pele Pele Sauce. Bon appétit!

  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 2 freshly baked rolls from Shoprite
  • Homegrown Corn Chips
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • A garnish of your choice such as lettuce or coleslaw
  • Homegrown Mango Atchar
