Directions
1. In a saucepan, heat oil on medium heat.
2. In a bowl, mash potatoes, add bacon, dried thyme and vegetable seasoning, until it’s properly mixed together. Start shaping the potato mixture into golf ball sizes. Create a hole and stuff with a cheddar cube.
3. Dip the potato balls into beaten egg, followed by breadcrumbs and deep fry in heated cooking oil

- 1 cup diced bacon, cooked and finely chopped (optional)
- 15ml dried thyme
- 15ml vegetable seasoning
- 200g cheddar, cut into cubes
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1L cooking oil
