Easter Bunny Vanilla Milkshake by Chef Zanele

Description

Make a classic dessert extra special this Easter. Try Chef Zanele’s Easter Bunny Vanilla Milkshake and give the whole family a sweet treat surprise.

Directions

1. In a blender, blend ice cream, raisins and milk (and brandy, if adding for adults).

2. Set aside. Whip fresh cream and spoon into a piping bag.

3. Pour milkshake into glasses and pipe the cream over.

 

Elevation Tips: 

  • For an extra special Easter treat, serve your milkshake in a chocolate Easter Bunny.
  • You can use a Raster Bunny – eat off the ears (an Easter tradition to eat the bunny ears first) pour your milkshake in, garnish with whipped cream and two straws.

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • ½ cup raisins or chocolate 
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cream
  • Easter eggs for serving 
  • For the adults: 1 tot of brandy (Optional)
