Directions

1. Mix all the ingredients in a large serving bowl. If you like your coleslaw extra creamy, add an extra dollop or two of mayonnaise to taste. 

2. Chill the coleslaw in the fridge until all your other braai elements are ready, then serve and enjoy!

3. When serving, slice up a few segmented orange slices for extra freshness.

  • 1x pre-pack coleslaw mix or ½ head cabbage; thinly sliced
  • 3 carrots; thinly sliced
  • ½ bunch radishes; thinly sliced
  • ½ bunch Italian parsley; finely chopped
  • 150ml mayonnaise
  • Juice of one fresh orange (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
