Directions

In an open bowl, arrange all the ingredients

 

Combine olive oil, plain yoghurt, sugar, salt, and pepper in a small jar.

Pour salad dressing just before serving.

  • 2 green apples, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  •  1 cup black grapes, halved
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • ½ cup pecan nuts
  • Handful mint, finely chopped

  • ½ cup plain yoghurt
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • Salt and peppe
