Description

This melt-in-your-mouth creation is a fun and easy dessert that the kids will love to put together. 

Directions

1. Melt chocolate Easter eggs in a double boiler or microwave. Set aside.

2. Cut each hot cross bun in half. Form each hot cross bun into a sandwich, filled with ice cream.

3. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the hot cross bun sandwich and sprinkle with 100’s and 1000’s. Serve immediately.
