Directions

In a deep pan, heat the oil.  Fry the onion, celery and carrots until soft, then add the beef bones and fry them until well-browned. Pour in the beef stock, then let everything boil for 30 to 40 minutes. Add the kidney and butter beans and cook until warmed all the way through.
