Directions

1. Using an electric hand mixer, whisk the cream until it forms soft peaks, then fold in condensed milk gently.

2.  In a trifle dish, make layers of sliced Swiss roll, then nectarines, then the fresh peaches. Alternate between nectarines, peaches and Swiss roll. Top with Meringues, cream and more fresh peaches.

  • 4 fresh peaches, sliced thinly
