Description

Add a great-tasting salad to your Easter feast.

Directions

1. Arrange all the ingredients in a wide bowl.

2. For the dressing, combine olive oil, plain yoghurt and salt and pepper in a small jar.

3. Pour over salad dressing just before serving.


 

Elevation Tip: 

Add some crispy bacon to elevate the salad. This can also turn it into a delicious meal on its own if you have leftovers. 

Ingredients

  • 2 green apples; diced
  • 1 cup celery; diced
  • 1 cup grapes; halved
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ cup nuts
  • Handful mint; finely chopped

 

For the Dressing:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup plain yoghurt
  • Salt and pepper
