Zanele’s Swirled Mashed Potatoes

Directions
1. Pre-heat oven to 180ºC.
2. In a bowl, add potatoes, cream, garlic butter, spring onion, salt and pepper, and cheese, then mix well.
3. Place the mixture in a piping bag, with a star-shaped tip.
4. Pipe mounds of potato mix (to your desired size) onto a baking tray. Sprinkle paprika on the potatoes.
5. Place in oven for 10 - 15 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- 6 big potatoes, parboiled and mashed
- 65 ml fresh cream
- 2 tbsp garlic butter
- 1 cup spring onion, chopped
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup grated cheddar/gouda cheese
- Fresh parsley, finely chopped
